"Excellent customer service" Mr. Ramadan sold me my BMW X5 and was very professional and cordial. He was very helpful by sending vehicle pictures and videos for us to view since we were out of state. We strictly relied on his input of the X5, and he did NOT misrepresent!! The X5 was just as he had implied! I love my X5!! His customer service was excellent. He was very prompt in returning calls and answering our questions. I highly recommend Mr. Ramadan if you are looking for a BMW.
