hancockpark@earthlink.net I had white deposits of some sort all over the car. I asked them not to wash the car and they said they did not. I washed the car before I brought it in. The wind shield wipers had been turned on and a white material was all over. The service writer was great and the over all service was good. There was a few miles extra on the car then when I brought it in. This happens all the time. I don't see a reason for a test drive for the service I had.

BMW service Very friendly service advisor James gave me nice car for free while I needed to leave my car for repair, it was very hot day, he asked me if I needed cold drink, what more can I ask for?
