Stellar service! After hitting a pothole and blowing a run flat, I had my car towed here as I knew they?d have my specialty tire in stock. While there, I also asked them to check why my car occasionally felt like it was having difficulty shifting gears when going up a steep hill. Additionally, I told them my check engine light had come on (and then off) a short while back and I didn?t know what that was all about but it concerned me. Towed in, drove out Service Advisor 'B-Dub' was genuinely friendly and related well. (car had an alternator failure which ultimately led to complete loss of power and stranded by roadside, had to be towed in). Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Mechanic left off the hose clamp between the airbox and the intake ducting (not serious but careless). Overall experience was good, one mark down for the (expected) high cost of (remanufactured) alternator and labor; it's a dealer. I understand that's how they do business and ... read more
