MINI Cooper service on 4/17/20 As usual, the Service Department at BMW/MINI in Long Beach provided excellent service for my MINI Cooper. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it was especially appreciated. Everybody there took the extra effort to ensure my safety (along with my car?s!) and I really appreciate that their high level of service was maintained. Thanks to all these essential workers!!

CHARANJIT SEKHON CUSTOMER My service advisor was excellent gave him 10 rating. But I was not impressed with dealership regarding picking up my car. there was no social distancing due to Covid-19 and therefore will not visit the dealership till covid-19 is over. People did not wear gloves when I came to pick-upp my car.

Maintenance on my 2015 X5 at 38K miles Great Customer Service.... They will tell you about maintenance need it Right Now and Maintenance that can wait. Purchase a set of 4 Non Flat Tires, Oil Change and 4 Wheel Alignment and got a great discount on this job. Got a Loaner at not cost... Price are very reasonable and even more with the discount I got. Very happy with everything.

Excellent job by BMW Long Beach Brian was a pleasure to work with. Had my convertible top replaced and dealt with my insurance company in record time.
