Pleased Customer My Service Advisor "Christian" went above and beyond for me. He exceeded my expectation of pleasing a customer. I didn't feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. I felt he was fair and just a pleasure to work with. I will say that BMW should offer some type of optional insurance on loaner cars for things that insurance doesn't normally pick up on, like a insurance against FLAT TIRES. I got a nail in the loaner provided to me and had to replace the tire on the loner car.
