Perfect I went there for repair, i needed some advice,so my service manager Alex was very helpful ... work was done on time, facilitie and show room were very clean.
Great Service and Response I needed help from a genius and my financial manager and when I pulled into the BMW dealer we found I had a problem with the cup holder, it would not close. The cup holder was replaced, Enrique contacted the warrenty folks and verified that I will receive paperwork this week and the genieus responded to each of our questions. It went great.
Clean facilities Getting an appointment to begin with was a breeze. The service advisor, Alex Viray was very helpful and proficient in guiding me through the kind of services needed for the maintenance of my car. I felt confident with his advices and recommendations. Aside from the facilities as being clean and accessible! the employees are also nice and friendly.

Great Service! Clean Facilities! Service Adviser Alex went above and beyond to help me out when my cylinder stopped working and the fuel injection system needed replacing. Technician Fernando went on a test drive with me to replicate the problems and did an excellent job of understanding the problem, diagnosing it and going beyond to explain the interworkings of the engine to me. Great!
