Wanted a potential problem documented on 2016 BMW ver nice newer facility no more than two years old. waited for my 2016 car to be looked at for a potential problem - wanted documentation. was happy with the service/review, the in-and-out process, appointment making process and the good rapport with the service advisor.

Great Customer Service I went to Long Beach BMW to take a look at a vehicle listed on cars.com When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Peter and he showed us the car. We took the test drive and everything was great. however, we saw another vehicle slightly newer and fewer mile and Peter was able to get us a good deal on it. We ran into a little trouble with the bank but Peter and Sam were able to resolve the issue and got us into the car we wanted that same day. The experience was smooth as it can be.
