"Courteous and Professional" I was happy to see the staff all wearing masks. The warranty work along with the car wash and sterilization was fantastic. I was not surprised as I have become accustomed to that level of care at BMW.

"Scheduled maintenance." We arrived at the appointed time, were greeted expectedly and introduced to Paul who greeted us and kept us informed throughout our visit. The videoed explanation of our vehicles inspection was an unexpected surprise and the car was returned to us looking like we just bought a new car. Congratulations to you all. Great job!
