"Very professional service from check in to driving out...." Very professional service from check in to driving out. The only thing that would have been better would have been getting a loaner car for the 2 hours I waited. This is the first BMW dealership that we’ve dealt with on our trip around the country that did not offer one to us due to our purchase of our car elsewhere since we live in the northeast.

He keeps me up to date on the progress of my car and always is very kind I also like getting the video of my car up on the rack showing me what the problem is and how they are repairing the problem

"Initially I went to the dealership to look at a few used..." Initially I went to the dealership to look at a few used vehicles to see if I liked any of them. My family and I were greeted by George Hoskin, I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to BMW's. He took the time to speak to my son who just purchased an older BMW and answered any questions we had.
