"The process was very easy to schedule an appointment and..." The process was very easy to schedule an appointment and my customer care person (Keith) was excellent to work with. I received a video update regarding our care made by the mechanic that serviced it. At the end my car was hand washed and vacuumed. Overall a very nice experience.

"Exceptional Service" Staff are courteous, friendly and professional. The lounge area was very clean, and chairs and tables were sanitized after each use. There was adequate distancing between tables and in the seating area. Service was exceptional!

"Excellent in every way!" I actually enjoyed my service experience. The staff was couteous and very friendly. I was there for my first oil change, and it went by very quickly. The car was returned to me clean and quick. Will recommend this dealer to everyone!

"Repairs were completed the same day" Pleasant experience dealing with Dave Gilbert! Parts were available and stock for my vehicle model BMW 2007 X3. All the oils were changed for the mileage.

"First Class" Fields BMW i was very accommodating with the waiting area and staff. i was greeted when i first arrived. i was texted with progress of the car and given a video of the car inspection. Very helpful. i will definitely return for service at this location.
