Rachel Goedecke and Aimon Altaai were a pleasure to work with. They provided exceptional customer service. Rachel was readily available to always answer my questions regarding a few different vehicles I was interested in. They both work great as a team and sold me a great car! I highly recommend them.

Hans was fantastic from my initial visit to Park Ave. BMW, to my final (third) time to the showroom. He truly does not have any sales schemes or play the “hold on, I have to speak to my manager” game. Perhaps being honest and direct IS his sales-scheme. It works! He answered each question I had, and helped guide me, without being a “pushy salesman.” I’d recommend Hans to anyone looking for a BMW – specifically to first-time owners like myself.
Boston BMW dealers should learn from Jack and Park Ave BMW. I am from Boston and ended up driving to Rochelle Park to trade our X1 and purchase our X3 (CPO); and will return to Jack and Park Ave BMW when we are ready for our next vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience leasing my 428ix from Park Ave BMW. My sales guy was Hans "Le Mans" Lee. He was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.
