Web the computer update took longer than expected service department was helpful in providing me with updates on the loan a car for my use. While the car was there they perform the low mileage oil change and complete check up in addition to washing the vehicle before I pick that up. The service commitment provided by Dan Murphy was nothing short of exception. The environment that I experienced in the service area was exceptional.
Working with Andre made this experience very good he was able to get me out of my old car & into a brand new Bmw. I highly recommend his great customer service for any shopping for a new car.

Let start by saying that honestly CLAUDIO is the best service consultant ive seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He Also makes my visits at that place such a pleasant experience. From servicing the car to detailing , adding parts or even tuning up my car. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Park Ave BMW and Jack was definitely the best sales person I had. Keep in mind, that all of the sales people are wonderful, however my experience in April 2016 was very comfortable and relaxing. I did not feel any pressure to buy and the manager let me test drive his 750lxi!!!!! I will recommend Jack at Park Ave BMW to anyone who is in the market for a BMW. The staff provided me all the information I needed to make the best decision without pressuring me. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were all addressed very professionally. There was never any pressure on what to purchase or even to purchase at all.
I was very impressed with my last lease. My dealer did extraodrdinary work and deserves great credit. He even came to my house to help me to set up activation of garage door on mu new bmw. Besides that everything else was great.
Having bought or leased many cars over the years, Park Avenue and specifically working with Giovanni DeBelli was by far the best experience. There were none of the usual "smoke and mirrors". The car was presented well, features explained and financing was easy. As a woman buying a car, Giovanni explained everything well and professionally. I wasn't talked down to or pressured. It was clear that he respected me, my criteria and my purchasing time frame.
