From the beginning until we got our vehicle, we could only say that we received the best customer service. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He would text us and keep us update on new deals and also showed us the best deals. There was not any pressure. We felt like we've known him like a family. All I can say is that BMW is lucky to have him.
I am type of customer that dealers are not so eager to make business with.. I usually lease which is probably less profitable to the dealer than finance, and I usually hard bargainer about getting the best deal, not to mention I changes my minds so frequently until I actually sign stuff. ATTENTION!! If you are buying a BMW from Park Ave, just see John Lee. He is the best sales consultant i have ever dealt with. He'll walk an extra mile to offer you the best price and will give you honest opinion on the car. He makes things easy for you. I had couple of issues on lease/loan with BMW FS, and the FS was not willing to lease me the BMW for some reason, but he pushed the matter by discussing with FS and Finance Manager and he made it possible for me.
