I received nothing but great service from the time of my arrival till the time of the delivery of my car. The delivery center was top of the notch and we got a great introduction to all main features of our new car.

Excellent service and follow up. I drove a hard bargain and they matched my price. Sab is a real pro (they are harder and harder to come by). No jumping up every two minutes to ask the manager the answer to a question. He's calm, cool and collected, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. No high pressure or "sign today sign today sign today" sales tactics. What a relief. I will recommend Park Ave BMW and Sabit to all of my friends and family who are "in the market".
I had leased an X3 four years ago and I loved it. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. I ended up in an X1 (which I did not love) and now after three years, I am back in the wonderful X3.

I have always been skeptical about the service given at car dealerships, but Christian changed my mind completely.
