I've leased or purchased many cars before but my experience with Craig Cayetano at Park Ave BMW was my best yet. Super professional, knowledgable and most importantly genuinely honest. The process was seamless and all the staff members I dealt with (receptionist, sales rep, finance director, ect) were stellar! Highly recommend Craig Cayetano and his wonderful co-workers.
Rob Ermatinger, the sale manager at Park Avenue BMW and his team were a pleasure to work with. All were knowledgable from the X5 package offerings and finance options to the tutorial on the car that was given before I drove off the lot. All perfect. This is the second BMW I purchased from Rob in the past 16 months which I think speaks volumes to how pleased I am with the dealership and service. I won't buy a car from anyone else but Rob.

We had an amazing experience from the start. Andre Lindsay greeted us so warmly with no pressure added as is seen with most other dealerships. He was professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable of the vehicles and all of its features. And his 'Barry White' voice added much humor to our experience. The warmth of the sales advisor without knowing I was interested in buying a new vehicle. The advisor reviewed the many features of the BMW 6 Series and compared the car to other similar choices and their differences. The knowledge of the value of my trade in vehicles. The fact that he was willing to go the extra mile to secure a sale. The delivery process and registration process were effortless. I love the car and it is my 4th BMW.
