We just purchased a new BMW 328xi from Craig at Park Ave BMW. We had a similar model that we purchased from a different dealer (as a lease from BMW) 3 years earlier, and the lease was expiring. We were very happy with the previous model, so we wanted a car that had all the old features. A friendly and spotless dealership that is extremely helpful and not intimidating. The certified pre own inventory is chock full of beautiful cars! The sales help works hard to find the right vehicle and there really isn't a "squeeze" put on you to make a purchase. If you a woman buying a car, alone, see them!!
I get here and everything's done so quickly. aimon altaai is great with his customers and Rachel Goedecke is the sweetest person. I've never been to a better dealership then park Ave Bmw
This dealership service Dept is excellent. Great waiting room. They will take care of your car timely, and if they can't, will offer a loaner car. Follow up by sales team after service is also excellent. Thanks Larry
Christhian was extremely helpful - no nonsense and we got our deal done in no time! He delivered exactly what we had discussed and I felt very comfortable. Park Ave has always been a great dealership, 3rd bmw i've gotten from park ave, all three times it worked out great.
I purchased a 5. Series from Daniel about a month and a half ago and have sent him 2 other friends who have purchased from him. Usually the process takes hours and quite frankly I hate the process, but surprisingly he called me within minutes of asking for some information on a 5 series and I went the same day and the car was waiting for me all clean and looking great. My experience with Andre was excellent. From the time we started my buying experience until I left the dealership with my new car he had my interest as one of his concerns. Due to his hard work I was able to purchase a car that fit my needs and that I was extremely happy with. He was courtesy and a gentleman throughout the entire transaction.
