Overall very straightforward process, from the time I contacted the dealership (initial salesperson had actually left the firm during the week between contacts) through the sale process both Hans as well as the rest of the staff were exceptionally responsive, reasonable and forthcoming. Leased a 428xi. I must say that I've dealt with quite a few dealerships in my time and Park Ave BMW is by far the most professional. Aimon really made me feel comfortable and that my business really meant something to him. His assistant Tori was also a pleasure to deal with. Mohammad was awesome in helping me with my trade in, and Ryan and James made the paper work quick and easy.
