Purchased a certified pre-owned few days ago and the transaction was very smooth. Showed up at the dealership without an appointment on a weekend and was tstill entertained promptly. The vehicle was ready for pickup on next business day. Also, he took his time expalining the features of the vehicle. I ve purchased from 3 bmw dealership in the past 7 years and all of them are great but I think Park Ave is the best and I would come back in the future .
