I feel this story is a must to share. I had a 335 that was due to come off lease in August, I went to dealer I purchased the car from along with thousands in extras like a 2nd set of wheels and all ! They were telling me that in order to get to a price I was comfortable with I needed to put thousands down! With that said, I had no desire to by another BMW. The whole negotiation took 5 mins. Smooth transaction and couldnt ask for a better sales guy. Highly recommended. When i went to the dealership to sign and pick up the car it was ready as promised. Talk to this guy if you are thinking about buying a BMW

I only know Jeff from having my car serviced. He was my adviser before they moved him to the back house to run operations. He still comes out of the back to take care of me every time I have a problem even though its not his position. He keeps me updated throughout the day on the status of my car and what they are doing to resolve any issues. The price is extremely fair and the service is fast and friendly. I would not take my car to get serviced any where else. Thanks Jeff.
Brett is person to talk to when buying a car. I usually dread the process of going through a car purchase, but after dealing with Brett, I have a changed mindset. Brett was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me and my wife sufficient space/time to make a decision (not trying to rush us at all).
