After researching convertibles online I requested online quotes for the differnt cars I was interested in. Francine was the only dealer that I could get all the information I wanted without being asked to come in and visit the dealership. Only after negotiating all pricing over email and the phone and getting a better price than any other BMW dealer in the area did i go in to test drive and confirm the color of the car. For the record this is my 5th X5, so I am very familiar with this vehicle.. I had a bad smell in my ventilation system for about a year and a half. I have been to two other dealerships over the past year to attempt to locate and resolve the odor. None of which was successful. I went to Rich at Park Ave BMW which is an hour drive from my house. I cannot begin to describe how much of a help Francine was with the leasing of my new BMW 328xi. Right from the beginning, she made sure that I got everything I wanted and then some. She also worked very diligently to make sure that it was at the best possible price. Jeff Sherman was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the 2 cars I was interested. After we test drove both cars we spoke about each of them and I left the dealership feeling very comfortable and informed as to the decision I had made to get an X3. When I came to pick it up he took an extended period of time to show me how to use each feature and was very patient with me. I would absolutely recommend Jeff if I had a friend in the market for a BMW. He was fantastic.

Jeff was knowledgable and very patient. I had been driving a Toyota Landcruiser for over 11 years -- not sure if I wanted to change. I couldn't be happier with my new automobile and the outstanding service I received.

I come to this dealer because it not only is it beautiful, the people are amazing, but specifically Mike. I started seeing him back in 2010, and no one is allowed to touch my car other than him. He treats me like family and gives me advise based on the car, not on his wallet My husband was due for a car, his MB was up, and he leased a BMW, because of Mike and his staff. Don't ever let Mike leave - he is a true asset to Park Ave BMW, and BMW alone!!!!

Tom was a great salesperson who made us feel like we weren't being "sold". Went in there looking for a quote for a new lease and left that day having leased a new car. Everyone at Park Ave BMW was nothing short of spectacular and we will never buy a BMW from any other dealer again.
