I was in the market for a luxury SUV. Francine Barbieri was a salesman at the Park Ave BMW where I met approximately 3 weeks ago. My plan was to test-drive the X3. It is my pleasure to write this review on Larry Weiner at Park Ave BMW! In fact, one of the main reasons I stick with the BMW family of cars is because of the level of service I get with Larry. I am at the service center anywhere between 7-10 times a year with nails in my tires. Larry coordinates with my tire insurance company and I'm out in no time with not a dime out of pocket. Park Ave BMW was nothing short of excellent. Steven Mercier assisted me with all my questions, he was friendly, understanding, and made my buying experience very pleasant.
