Larry went above and beyond to help me with a surprise for my fiance. I was only bringing it in to put sirius radio in, but it turned out the car needed service and had a lot of faults. I needed the car back before the next day and he really wasn't sure if that would happen. Well it did. He did an excellent job and we were able to pull off the surprise and repair the car.

I decided to visit Park Avenue BMW after having a bad experience at another BMW dealership in the area. The difference between Park Avenue BMW and the other BMW dealership was like night and day. I highly recommend Park Ave BMW and Rob Ermatinger. This is the second time we have purchased from Rob at Park Ave BMW and the entire team is great. Rob is the reason we purchsed at Park Ave to begin with. We had shopped at other dealers but when we went to Park Ave we immediately felt comfortable like we were with frends. I have been to Park Ave BMW for service twice in the last two months. The first time was for routine maintenance and Larry informed me that I'd be receiving a recall notice - so they would take care of that issue too. Larry asked the head of security - a very nice man - give me a ride home during the service. The service was actually faster than expected and they sent him back for me. The easiest car purchase I have ever made. I rate this dealership with 5 star because everyone was very helpful and professional. I had a great experience while purchasing my certified pre-owned BMW at the Park Avenue BMW Maywood location. Our client advisor facilitated the entire process and fomented a family environment from the time of the test drive thru the financial aspects of the purchase. He basically took ownership of the transaction by answering all my questions in a very friendly and honest way. I would definitivley look forward dealing with Brett in the future.

I highly recommend Park Ave BMW for your next vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Junior and Steven. They were professional and very friendly and I never felt pressured. They were honest and I felt they looked out for my best interest and Junior gave me a great deal. It was also refreshing to see that Junior and Steven knew BMWs very well (there were some dealerships in the past where the sales staff didn't know their product well.) If you choose Park Ave BMW, ask for Junior or Steven and you cannot go wrong.
