Craig C...... what a great sales person he was very knowledgeable about the car . He showed me everything about the car and gave me his personal number so if I had any questions with this technical car he could answer it on the spot. He went above and beyond any other sales person I have ever met . He also helped me choose the perfect options that were necessary and not just to increase the cost of the vehicle.
Mike Smeraglia and his team at Park Ave did it again! This is our 3rd car from Mike, and I can't see going anywhere else. I found a vehicle online and worked with Victor. He was easy to work with, polite, and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Since we were purchasing the vehicle from out of state, he took care of processing all paperwork prior to us coming to pickup the car. Everyone was super nice. Both our salesman rep and Finanace manager were efficient and accommodating. They were more than willing to stay late and help get the deal done. Simply awesome.
Victor is very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with my timing and was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) He answered all of our questions and I can tell you he really knows his stuff! He was willing to negotiate to get us a good deal. I would most definitely suggest him to family and friends.
