I live in South Florida and have 4 BMW dealerships with in 25 miles..Finding Mike and Park Ave led me to purchase 3 Euro delivery cars from him.. Mikes no pressure, attention to details, excellent communication skills and product knowledge makes buying a car a new car a hassle free pleasure. Unlike the 4 dealerships in South Florida that turn the second biggest purchase a consumer makes into a major headache. The car is the same no matter where you buy it, its the person you work with that makes the difference.
I was very fortunate to find this BMW Dealership on- line , because I have been searching for a pre-owned BMW for over 30 days , and I had no luck . The service I received from my salesperson Victor Dela Rosa exceeded my expectations . I bought my car the same day I visited this dealership. They had many selections to choose from . Maybe I didn't deserve a beautiful CPO 2014 Alpine White BMW 535i xDrive with Cinnamon Brown interior (FULLY LOADED!!), but then again maybe I did! There was a hiccup in the beginning, not going to get in the details but it's what happen after is what made this experience incredible! This is my fifth lease from Park Ave BMW, all handled expertly by Aimon Altaai. It was time to update my 2015 X5. He and I designed the 2018 X5 M Sport together and it was a seamless process. His superb assistant Rachel Goedecke made sure all was in order for delivery.
