Bought a new 330i from Robert Kaufman (Bobby) on November 30, 2017. First time BMW owner. Bobby is very polite and a wonderful salesman I would like to deal with. I saw a BMW X4 online that looked perfect. I called over and spoke with Victor to see if it was available to test drive and said I would be there at 1:30pm. When I arrived, Victor was ready with the car parked out front for me to inspect and test drive. He was not pushy, he went to bat for me with his manager in negotiating a good price. I came into the dealership to just get an idea of what they offered with no intention to buy anything and ended up leaving with a car. Victor made sure I was happy and that my needs were met, he was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. Jack in finance made everything go very smooth and I was out in no time. The service center is really well run, clean, and professional. I received excellent service from Larry Weiner. I worked in the waiting area on my laptop which is a great plus to me while my car was in for a routine service. I was in and out quickly and Larry kept me informed when my car would be done.
Buying a car isn't always the most desirable experience but Andre is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional and very easy to work with! He is very attentive to his customers and their needs and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable with their purchase and appreciated! The BMW brand speaks for itself but Andre is the reason I always come back to Park Ave BMW. He's simply the best!
I found Victor to be knowledgeable the cars he was selling. He seemed honest and straight forward. He was easy to deal with and did not pressure.
