We had a very good experience with our salesperson, Craig Cayetano. He was informative and was able to answer our questions. The price negotiations were stress-free and we came to a mutually agreed price. After a couple of months, the car arrived and we were impressed with the delivery process. As soon as my husband and I walked into the dealership we were greeted with a smile. Andre Lindsay was our client advisor and he was amazing! He showed and explained more than one option for us. He was very patient as we were trying to come to a decision. We completed all the paperwork in a timely manner and within a couple of hours we walked out with the keys to our new car. Overall it was a great and exciting experience!!
BMW is an excellent car, and more important excellent experience from a minute you walk in to the dealership. Andre was very professional, and easy to talk to about options to lease a new car. When I leased my 3 series I emailed 4 dealers. 3 of them did not say anything meaningful and only wanted to see me in person.
