I dealt with Brad and our experience was really good. Brad was professional, fiendly and above all, he did not attempt any pressure tactics. He provided us withe all the options both for the auto and the financing and allowed us to make our decision.
I had an easy, painless experience leasing an X5 this Memorial Day weekend at Park Ave BMW. Hans is a total professional, and simply put, a pleasant person to deal with. The negotiation lasted all of 3 minutes, and I was very satisfied with the outcome and the quickness of the deal from start to finish. I highly recommend Mr. Hans Lee, and will certainly seek him out again for my next vehicle. Roger Pic in the finance department was just as pleasant and facilitated the lease contract with speed and perfection !
Buying or leasing a car is usually a trying experience. Dealing with Brad was great. There was no pressure selling. He had all the right answers to my questions. I would recommend him and Park Ave. BMW to anyone who wants to buy a car.
I was recommended to speak to Andre and I'm glad I did. Very easy going and put me in the car I wanted in no time at all. Even came to the delivery center 2 days later and drove me to the bank because I did something wrong on my end. Who else has a salesman do that for them. Will definitely go back in the future and get another car from Andre.
Andre is a true progressional and made the process very easy and seamless! This is the second time I have gone through him and I plan on going to him again for the third time!!
Sabit helped find the exact car I was looking for and when I was able to buy, the dealership had all the paperwork done and it was exactly as promised. When you pick your vehicle up, insist that Michael King walk you through the features your new car has. Michael explained in great detail how to use the new hand gesture computer screen, how the car changed features since my last lease and even saved my downloaded songs from the stereo onto a flash drive and transferred it to my new car. Having owned a BMW prior to my purchase through a private dealer, coming to Park Ave BMW was a wonderful experience. The cars are beautiful (naturally) and the service unmatched. We live in Las Vegas and purchased a BMW sight unseen from Brad. He took photos, found an issue with the door handle (and had it repaired) and was great through the whole process. I would definitely purchase here again :)
My wheels and tires were stolen from my own garage. From the moment I reached out to BMW Park Ave, each of Deo, Jennifer and Simeon helped me step by step through my horrible situation.
