This is my second BMW purchased from Dan Kenny at Park Ave BMW. His professionalism and experience was above and beyond yet again. Stopped by to see and test drive a car that few dealers have in stock. Saw it and took a test drive. We'd been looking at other cars for some time. We're planners and very analytical, not at all impulsive. We bought the car. Hans is like no other car salesperson we've met. He's open, honest and up front with discounts and promotions. I'm always having a great service experience every time I go for service at Park Ave BMW service. The service crew, mechanic and staff are doing a great job with my car, special thanks to Deo (mechanic) and Heron (writer). They always making sure that your car is being checked in all category, they checked everything. They are both great and approachable. Also a great working relation with customer. Highly recommended!

The entire process from setting an appointment for my test drive to signing off on my new x4 lease was made easy by the team at Park Ave BMW. I worked with Craig; he was tremendously helpful, patient and most importantly responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. I was very impressed by the amount time the folks at Park Avenue BMW spend with you to ensure you understand all the features of your new car. It is clear that customer satisfaction is high priority at Park Ave.

I was dealing with another dealership and then found a vehicle I was Interested at park ave. I was lucky to draw Hans. He was patient, straightforward and explained the details of a lease. He was also available to me the following day at the delivery center ensure that the excellent service continued.
