I had a great experience working with Jack. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned car, however; without having a lot of knowledge about the different vehicle types and features. I explained what I thought my needs were. Jack really listened, was patient and gave his honest opinion to make sure that I was satisfied with my choice. Always love dealing with Park Avenue. They make leasing a car so easy and dare I say even enjoyable. Hans found me a better car than I was looking for at the same lease price I had and a corporate discount I didn't know I was even eligible for. Brad always makes the approval process super smooth. I bought my 2011 328i BMW at Prestige BMW and my service rep has always Michael Pillari. Michael has ALWAYS taken care of my service needs. Michael moved on to Park Ave BMW and so did I as I'm more about good service than a dealership. I also met the service manager Dave Bergamotto and he was informative and helpful as well. Now I would NEVER bring my BMW anywhere else. I am so comfortable and pleased with both of their professionalism and knowledge.
