Claudio is just that! His vast knowledge behind the BMW brand and his continuos courtesy delivers and extraordinary experience time and time again. He is an asset to this company and is the sole reason why I ONLY come to see him whenever I need service.

i was ready to bail on BMW. However that has changed. BMW should give thanks to the service advisor at park Ave. My car has been in and out of service until I came to park Ave. 1. I get my car back when I'm promised 2. If alternate transportation is needed I literally drop off my car, sign some paper work and the loaner vehicle is alread in stand by.. 3 if I have to wait. I leased my 6 series convertible from Park Ave BMW.. The transaction went very smoothly and Lenny my sales person handled himself in a very nice manner. I always bring my car in for service at Park Ave BMW as well. This is really where my the dealer shines... Chris vender always goes above and beyond to not only help me with any of my cars issues but maintains park ave and bmw brand name to the top. I will continue to come here only because of the staff overall and Chris himself. He is an true asset to park ave and bmw.
I just want to take the time out to express my appreciation on the staff and especially mike Pillari on the professionalism that I was given when I came in for service .
My experience at Park Ave BMW was absolutely amazing. Sabit is the must-go-to sales person. I will never go to another dealership. Sabit went above and beyond on multiple instances for us. He is very patient and knowledgeable about all things bmw. Sabit was also very helpful even when we were not at the dealership and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Please go see him so that way you can get the same great experience I received.
Andre has to be by far the best at Park Ave BMW. I have delt with a lot of car salesmen that day at different dealerships. He made my wife and I feel accommodated and extremely comfortable. I am always going to recommend Andre Lindsay to everyone I know buying a car.
