I bought a CPO from Jack and it was a very positive and no pressure experience. Jack was very helpful throughout the process and there were no issues at all during the negotiations or the delivery. Highly recommend Park Ave and Jack.
Park avenue BMW was a great place to buy a car. I have used them for service was extremely satisfied and wanted to return the favor and purchase a new car from them. My salesperson was Jorge Davila. He was friendly and helpful. Was available 24/7 to answer questions and concerns. He wasn't just a salesperson but a trusted friend. The car mistakenly came in with an extra $1000 option that they didn't charge me for. The whole experience was two thumbs up. I will never buy a car from anyone else.
Recently purchased a 2016 x1 from a sales person named Craig. He went above and beyond during the whole process. The whole stereotype about car salespeople goes out the window with this guy. He's a honest guy. The whole process was seemless. Also, it's hard to find someone that can answer questions about my X1. He has an abundance of product knowledge without having to say "let me check". If anyone needs a BMW ask for Craig. No high pressure just a straight up guy.

Working with Jorge was an absolute pleasure. Initially, It seemed my wants didn't match up with my pocket book, but Jorge was able to find a vehicle that met my requirements and my budget parameters! He was diligent and checked the numbers for EVERY car he had in stock, as well as those on the way.
