Dan was my service consultant and was great. I had two concerns when I dropped my car to get the bumper painted: I didn't want the license plate mounted and I wanted them to honor the quote that I got at another (lesser) dealership. Both concerns were satisfied.
Well, Mike's gotten me three BMW's now, completely happy with each one. Just a great, great job in getting me into my new BMW under big time pressure and needing to obtain my particular configuration from an out-of-state dealership. I have no words to describe the service I received at Park Ave BMW, if I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been to many dealerships and never received such an excellent service.
