I had leased vehicles from Park Avenue BMW before: once in 2011 and then again in 2013. My lease was over, and my previous sales representative had left the dealership. I was assigned to work with Mr Hadzhiev. He was knowledgeable and helpful at all times, and he is always professional in his demeanor. Sabit was, once again, a pleasure to work with. I know I can been needy and ask a lot of questions, but Sabit was always extremely patient and never made me fee pressured at all. I highly recommend this guy to everyone!

When I called to schedule my appointment I was offered a loaner vehicle. I was my choice to wait at the service center for the completion. As promised my vehicle maintenance was performed in 1.5 hours or less while I waited in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Offered the service of beverages and snacks by just about every staff member that walked past me. I was undecided on what vehicle to purchase and Andre made a wonderful job at getting me in the vehicle that was best for me and my family. Having owned BMWs for more than 15 years and dealing with various dealerships across the tri-state, none have come close to the experience I've had with Mike Messinger and Park Ave. From start to finish, Mike has answered every question I had and was very upfront and honest. CA's like him are a rare breed nowadays. He's made our purchase of the M3 for European delivery, seamless and as smooth as can be.
