Park Ave BMW is hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area, I have try many dealers and I still come back to park ave, I have moved 1.5 hours away to PA and I still drive down to Hackensack NJ for service, Larry is the Best SA, he will keep you up today thru the entire process. I could not Best recommend any other dealer period.
Hans Lee isn't your typical car salesman. He puts your needs first, and gives you an honest fiduciary opinion. How great it would be if all sales reps put the customer first! Hans was courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I'd highly recommend dealing with Hans Lee.

Only met Jack once and it felt like I knew him for some time. Gone are the numerous visits to the dealerships because of uncertainty with your purchase. Jack really makes you feel comfortable and secure in your purchase. Makes you want to keep leasing or buying more vehicles.. :)
With an active toddler attached at my hip, negotiating a new car lease was not at the top of my list of things to do. This was my second car with Park Ave, and my first transaction with Mike Messenger. He made the whole experience infinitely better than my first go-around. His patience and willingness to work both in-person and over email was a lifesaver, and I'm very happy with the result. I also found the team at the Delivery Center to be attentive, flexible and efficient.

You can't get any better than Craig Cayetano and Park Ave BMW! This is my 3rd vehicle with them and I will never go to anyone or anywhere else. Over the course of several visits, Hans Lee very patiently answered all of my many questions. In addition, he offered information that I did not know to ask which helped me to understand various possible transactions. After placing my order, he kept me informed on my car's progress, which I very much appreciated.
