Great Experience!! My salesperson was Nick, and I could not ask for a better person to deal with. He answered all my questions, went over all the details of the vehicle and even helped in downloading, installing and setting up the Ford app on my phone. Excellent Service As soon as I arrived I had someone come out and all if I needed help. Tanya persuaded me into taking a car home that day. She helped me and wasn't pushy about getting a car. She also made it very pain free, and was able to help me choose the best and most affordable car I wanted/needed.

Very accomodating Upheld the Fairfield promise for my Honda. Would consider a Ford for next vehicle based on their commitment. Also, nice lounge for waiting for vehicle.

inspection I love working with Steve Mitchell. He's the best. He has always been able to find what i am looking for. I was in for inspection and check the heater yesterday. Inspection was wonderful.. none of us know what is up with the heater but they were quite helpful with regard to the situation.
Great experience. Had a great experience. Dealer was able to beat another VW dealer to keep my business local. Tanya was great helping me negotiate. I knew where I wanted to be price range and she helped get me to that number.
