The Best Sorry I didn't get the gentleman name who was absolutely amazing, Im thinking was the manager in the service department. He was very kind, knowledgeable, listened along with showing me that he took pride in what he does. I had to bring in my RR for a new seal in my windshield I ask that they cover my seats due to the white interior and they did just that. I will defiantly return. Smooth purchase We decided to try out a VW when looking for a new car. After looking online, we set up appointment to test drive . We were met by knowable Fairfied employees, and were able to take a nice trial run in an Atlas. Tanya found us the car we were looking for, and we picked it up the same week.
Good Buying Experience I traded a car, and we made the deal with both my trade and the car I purchased sight unseen. as I live a four hour drive away in CT. Car was as described by Nick- there were no surprises when I got there. I was in a hurry, and we finalized the deal in less than forty minutes, and I was on my way back to CT.. Car drives and runs great! I'm very happy with the car, as well as the Nick, the Salesman and the dealer! A very good buying experience!
Courteous, kind and concerned staff. I had some very minor damage to the driver's side car door. No paint damage, just two indentations. I knew that the service center in Montoursville didn't actually do body work, but I wasn't sure where else to go. The body shop my family had historically used was closed.
