Good experience Overall good experience with sales person & finance dept. Nick was helpful in getting answers, finance dept was quick in getting # & got the best rate available.
Easy in and out I had a 1:30 appt for a lube and oil change. They did that and their 21 point check and I was out be 2:10. Where I dealt before the same thing would take an hour or longer. Another reason I started dealing here a year or so ago.
Great support, patience, and information. Nick, Jasmine, Rich, and Cody gave my wife and me all the time and support necessary to make a hassle-free car purchase. We made several visits and test drove several cars. The team was accommodating and friendly at all times. We are super happy with our purchase and will recommend this great team!
Fantastic experience We picked out the car we wanted online, so I called Nick to schedule a test drive. Unfortunately, someone else was already looking at the same vehicle, and was getting ready to buy it. Nick kept us posted daily until the deal finally fell through! finding a specific jetta we wanted a specific 2019 jetta. Tanya found and ordered exactly what we wanted all the way down to the driver assist delete. we traded in a low miles 2016 jetta because of the complete redesign of the 2019 jetta . vw really outdid themselves in the remake of the jetta. they took a great car and made it even better and Tanya made it all a smooth transition. thank you
A Positive Day at Fairfield Ford In all our past experiences with trying to purchase a vehicle with Fairfield Ford, we were never successful...but our experience this past Saturday was good. Our salesman, Chuck, was easy to work with...not pushy and easy to talk with. The business/finance manager, Eric, who we signed papers with, was so personable and easy to talk with. Truly, a much better experience and for that reason, I would make sure to go back when it's time to car shop again.
