Dmitry is very knowledgeable and was forthcoming with explanations of many of the features of both the X5 and X7. He is very approachable and listened carefully to our questions before replying. Dmitry was flexible with his schedule and efficient with the entire car buying process. His previous experience as a BMW Genius was a real asset to us in understanding the various technologies offered by BMW.

"I have always had a great experience with Dave Simoes who..." I have always had a great experience with Dave Simoes who has now sold me two cars. He is friendly and helpful. He even helped me while he was on vacation. I would recommend him to anyone. The only issue I have is with the service part of the dealership. They never thoroughly clean my vehicles Ana I have had other issues with them in the past.
