"Could not have been easier!" Could not have been easier! Although I did not purchase my BMW at this dealership when I called the day before the service Tom my Service advisor immediately made me an appointment for the following day. I was told that the service can be done quickly within an hour to an hour and a half but when I arrived was told that there had been a part of the recall and that perhaps the repair will take a bit longer. "Needed minor service" Needed to have coolant topped off. Stopped by around 2 without an appointment, and the car was ready by 4:30. They also did an oil change. Towson BMW was a pleasure to deal with.

"Great people and service." This is the most helpful dealership I have ever dealt with. Patiently answer questions about my car, using the phone, removing privacy screen etc.. They never act like my questions are stupid. Service is good and I am usually out quickly.
