Install new airbags It was a good experience. The bad experience is this survey, don,t tell me how many words I can use or not. If all I want to say is "That is was a good experience" then that should be plenty. let the customer say what he or she wants to say in there own short words!

Purchased new 530e Purchased my new vehicle from John Bergeron at BMW of Nashville. He helped me customize the car exactly as I wanted it and managed ordering it from the factory. Owener Good service Best service manager on time they finish my job
BMW service I needed my car tires looked at and an oil chnge. My sister had passed away that very day and I was trying to get to Michigan from Tennessee they did my service fast (I had no appointment) made sure I was safe in my car. Washed and vacuumed it too. Great kind people and great service. ?????
Great Service! Monica and the Service manager were wonderful and got the job done! When I received my car the outside was clean, but the inside was still dirty and the Service Manager did the cleaning himself.
