2008 BMW X3 service We were told when we first called it would be a short process. They said we could wait and stick around the dealership, but when we arrived we were told it would be 8 hours/ all day. We left, driving the hour car ride back home to get a call at noon they would be ready. Very awful communication, but excellent customer service to deal with it

BMW of Nashville I was in for a recall..I was afforded the shuttle service to an back from the office while car was being repaired. The shuttle driver Mr. B. Nicholson was great with his follow up and detail about when he would be able to pick me up for return.
