BMW Service center BMW service is quick and easy. I love that my car lets them know when I need service and then I can schedule the appointment online. I have my own personal service manager who always takes care of me and when they return the car it is always washed and sparkling....

Seamless Out of State Transaction I recently purchased a 340i M Sport from BMW of Nashville sight unseen, as I reside in Maryland. Sales associate Jeff Pereira was extremely helpful in detailing the condition of the car and making the process as seamless as possible for me. I ended up flying in and driving the car home, and he even picked me up from the airport when I arrived in Nashville. Great service! Went in for a repair but the part wasn't available due to a miscommunication. Although kind of an inconvenience, the service folks are very friendly and the department seems to be run very well. Kenneth Swezea apologized about the miscue but is on top of the issue. He even had the car brought to me at my office so I wouldn't have to go back. Also bought a second key while I was there. Impressed with the parts department was well.
