Great Customer Service I went to South Shore BMW to test drive a new 2015 BMW X3. I was still in the preliminary stages of buying and needed to compare a few other vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised with the no pressure approach my representative Don Sullivan had with entire process. He showed me more features than I had realized was included with the X3. He paired my phone during his presentation and showed me how user friendly all the technology was. If and when I decide on the BMW I will certainly be back to see Don.

BMW Genius The BMW Genius program is a great help to introduce customers to the extensive features available in new BMWs. Ryan Dooley at South Shore BMW is very knowledgeable, patient and a terrific resource who we used when we picked up our new X3 and again on a second visit to clarify use of several features.

Great enthusiasm and attention to customer needs Other than the value they gave me for my trade in, the buying process was great. The enthusiasm shown for the new I 3 was wonderful. Kirk, my sales rep was wonderfully patient and a very good listener. Ryan the I3 expert was very helpful in getting me launched in my car.
