buying experience salesman seem disinterested in selling me the car I was looking for. Unusual for a auto dealership

Horrible service Brought my car in for service on May 3rd after setting up an appointment that included a loaner car. When I dropped it off the person told me I wasn't able to get a loaner due to something management did. However at 8:30 am on a Wednesday there wasn't one member of the management team there to talk to. This caused a delay and some embarrassment as the flag was done in error. Routine service, not so routine computer upgrade They delivered the car to my house after service when I couldn't stay. Gleaming facility. Primo coffee. Well-washed car. Dry drop off in the midst of quite a down pour.

Worst experience ever For 5 long days I complained about overpricing, customer service, long wait And disrespect to the Director of service Ted. No answer what do evere from him(5 Messages and walk in twice). I was given a written quote for $842 and the next day when we ready to do it the price changed to $1160. The service adviser "CK "said we made mistak and he refused to honor the quoted price. Very bad service and no respect from the manager to return our calls. 0 Customer Service Deb from internet department kept calling and mailing to come and see a pre-owned car. When I confirmed appointment and reached, nobody had clue regarding appointment nor they had any car in that model. Salesman was more interested in selling a new car. Deb never followed up after that day.

Worst service department Worse dealership for bmw that I have even done business with. I have owned 7 bmw since 2012 and I have gotten more excuses from this dealership than I ever had. They can pick up a vehicle and cat return it and then leave you car less unless you call and speak to the service manager. CK IS THE MOST NON CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE ADVISOR I HAVE EVER MET AND HAS NO COMMUNICATION OR PEOPLE SKILLS.

Dr. Diego Ecurra Your people minus the receptionistthat may look very but has not a customer oriented mentality, needs to welcome and give a big smile instead of looking like she is a VIP and not the customer

My first experience at South Shore BMW I thought that my first experience at your dealership was a little bit of a mixed bag. I felt that walking in to speak to your receptionist who appeared to be busy viewing her shopping catalog was a little inappropriate, especially when she seemed a little bothered by my asking for the service department. Service with the customer in mind Ability to perform service that wasn't due for another 1000 more miles while I was there to avoid me having to return 2-3 weeks later.
