Purchase of 2011 550i (with Dinan upgrades) I just purchased a 2011 BMW 550i (with Dinan performance upgrades). What an awesome car. Had a blast driving it back to Virginia. I was tentative about buying remote being from Virginia, but I really liked the car for sale and it was reasonably priced. Alan Zaidan (sales manager) was very helpful and managed all the paperwork. Quality dealership I've dealt with BMW Gallery for 6 years, since buying my 330xi. A quality dealership: salespeople are straight-forward and the maintenance dept is very courteous and well-run. BMWs are not inexpensive to maintain but I have been very happy with the work they have done.

Michelin Run Flat tire flat. Had a flat with a run flat. They took me right diagnosed the tire had a slice in it. Got it covered under warranty In and out a couple of hours. Couldn’t have gone much smoother.

They lost my key fob after services!!! They lost my key fob and refused to resolve the issue!!! Won't go back for services anymore and getting our BMW X4M from them. Got a flat tire last week and had AAA to tow my car for 4 new run flat tires. Left my 1st key fob in the cup holder and gave my 2nd one to the AAA truck driver. Picked up the car on June 22 and realized that they didn't return my 2nd key fob. After so many conversations, they kept denying the fact that they lost my 2nd key fob. I will review the check-in sheet at the time the AAA driver dropped your car with us in regards to how may keys we received at time of delivery and follow back with up with you. Was laughed at by service manager I received a email from Tom Toppan the service manager to speak about past issue with auto. I was encouraged to hear someone reaching out from the dealer. Maybe I would be able to resolve this issue somehow. My hopes were quickly ended when Mr Toppan insinuated that I am a liar and when I tired to explain my side Mr Toppan proceeded to tell me when informed him that I am seeking legal action against BMW was told to make sure I tell the judge South Shore BMW gave me $11,000 in good Will repai... read more

Beware Filing a complaint in small claims Hingham Ct. Failure to honor warranty. Turbo replacement. Service manager refused to repair. Had problems two years no repair

Service Problems My experiences with service over the years has not been very good. Always seems to be running out of time when you have a loaner and going into extra days in the shop. Have also had more than one experience when an item isn’t done at all. Not enough communication about status of vehicle and anticipated finish time. Have always positive experiences buying my vehicles here. Any interaction with people there has been professional and pleasant

Typical Typical response. Warranty expired but paperwork shows reported to dealership long before warranty expired. Turbo issue. Don’t purchase extended warranty. Will call AG and attorney

Terrible experience Long story ...Short. I wandering how this place got 5 stars instead of zero star. Terrible customer service, lack of information, Alex s the sale person that I spoke to but going nowhere with her lack of information, responding and responsibility. I wouldn't say Stay away from this dealership cuz I haven't talked to other salespeople
