Everything was easy and top notch. I always dread buying a car, my last purchase was 2008, at another dealership in Little Rock, where I arrived at 0900 and didn't leave the dealership until 5:00pm exhausted from all the haggling. This was not like that at all, I arrived at 12:15 and was out of there by 3:30 with my new car. Highly recommended.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience!!! If anyone wants a BMW they should go to Roadshow- staff is courteous, genuinely interested in your preferences and very accommodating.
Let me start by saying this is the second Mini Cooper that I've bought. My first, Bonita, is a 2003 with over 236,000 miles on her and each and ever one of those miles are mine! My new friend Henry Fuir was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my new 7 series BMW. Henry was very willing to help me understand all the new options offered on the 2013 model. After my purchase he was even more helpful instructing me on how to use the options on the vehicle. Henry even set up a time for me to come back in a couple of weeks for another tutorial. How can you beat that!!
I have given excellent marks to Richard Clipson and BMW for the outstanding service I received when I purchased my BMW X3. My X3 is fantastic and Mr. Clipson was very helpful in guiding me through the sales process. I custom ordered my X3 and it is everything I wanted in a new car. When my X3 arrived Mr. Clipson thoroughly explained all the new technology associated with my new car. I am extreemly pleased with the service I received.
