Gene work with me for over a year to find me a car I really really liked, my wife will be looking for a X5 in the near future.
Great experience dealing with the sales rep, gave a good over view on product , well mannered and patient . Showed me all vehicles he felt that would fit into my budget and style.
Richard greeted me with a kind smile and relaxing tone which made my purchasing experience very comfortable. He was able to answer all my questioned about the car and walked me through the various departments to close the deal. I definitely felt my interrests had been well represented with courtesy and respect. I would gladly recommend Richard Guide to anyone who is looking for that auto purchasing experience with which you would expect from a BMW dealership.

I was recently in a car accident involving a drunk driver which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. The staff at Coggin BMW were very supportive and understanding of my needs. They found me the best deal on my dream car and turned a stroke of misfortune into a great experience. This was my fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership and certainly not my last.
Would recommend salesman Gene! Friendly, no pressure, very knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating. Says I need to have 25 words minimum so here you go. Gene is great!

Gene was amazing helping me find a new minivan that was everything I needed! We searched all over the state and he facilitated getting the van transferred here and got me a great deal on It!
