I had been looking for a particular model for some time and was not happy with a couple of my local dealerships, so I went through a local car broker and she got me a deal that was better than any of my local dealerships would give me - and it turns out that it was Coggin BMW. We were visiting from out of town when "Check Engine" light came on. The staff made us feel like one of the family. Coggin checked it out and took care of the problem right away, thanks to Kelly. Left with a much cleaner car than we came in with. Can.t ask for more than that.

Exceptional service. We came in to Coggin BMW due to damage on a oil cooler from road debris. From the moment we arrived , we were handled professionally, and under 15 minutes were in a loaner and on our way , wow. The follow up and pick up of my repaired vehicle was seamless. This dealership rates as the best in the 35 years of owning BMW's . Sincerely others could really learn from this dealership how to treat customers. Thanks
