We purchased our third BMW from Coggin of Ft. Pierce and the process of selection, finding, and delivery of the BMW X5 40e that we wanted was greatly assisted by our salesperson, Richard Guide. Richard continues to offer assistance after the sale and has proven to be a person having sincere interest in our happiness with our new vehicle.

I leased my third BMW from Coggin BMW recently. This year I dealt with a different salesman named Richard Guide. He was very professional and I felt he treated me as he would a family member although I had just met him. He provided excellent service to me and followed up on a regular basis with the status of my BMW during production. After some miscommunication with my service fee, the head service manager was congenial and accommodating. For the most part, this dealership puts a high priority on public relations and tries to maintain the high standard of the BMW line.
I purchased my first new BMW in 1972 when residing and working in Philadelphia, PA. After relocating to southeastern Florida in 1998, I purchased a new 328i at another dealership in the area. A very disappointing service experience brought me to Coggin BMW Treasure Coast. The service team provided excellent service for that vehicle and two new bimmers that I subsequently purchased at this dealership. From the first phone call to driving the car off the lot, this was the most pleasurable sales experience I have had. I passed many BMW dealers to get to Coggin, at the recommendation from a close friend who has dealt with them for some time, and it was certainly worth it. It's obvious that the staff genuinely cares about their customers experience. Overall ...great staff, great deal, great dealership!
