This dealership sold me a polished junk. I was informed by the salesman that if the car wasn’t in too shape, it wouldn’t be in their show room. So I traded in a car that I bought brand new and had owned for 4 years for a 2019 530i. Only to find out after buying the car that it had many physical defects that had been masked. I recently purchased a new M5 from Momentum. The sales person Bjorn was very professional. He is even able to communicate in complete sentences! (I find this to be increasingly rare. Other sales staff at the dealership were not.) He was able to answer all of my questions throughout the custom ordering, assembly, shipping and delivery process. What an Awesome experience I had in purchasing my New X5! Tommy the General Manager and Cliff the GSM, were so Wonderful and Kind!! Rocky my Salesperson was Amazing from beginning to end!! And Walter my Finance person made my purchasing experience so Comfortable and Fun!! I totally LOVE my new SUV!!
